All fees are payable in Kenyan Shillings (KES). Payment is due at the time of service purchase. Services will be suspended if payment is not received by the due date.

We guarantee 99.9% uptime for our services. In the event of downtime exceeding this threshold, you may be eligible for service credits as outlined in our SLA.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

6. Limitation of Liability

Kenya Hosting Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
