Refund Policy

1. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new service purchases. If you're not satisfied with our services, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.

2. Eligible Services

The money-back guarantee applies to:

  • Web hosting plans
  • Database hosting plans
  • Domain registrations (if not yet activated)

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Domain registrations after activation
  • SSL certificates
  • Setup fees (if applicable)
  • Services used for more than 7 days

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team at support@kenyahosting.co.ke
  2. Provide your account details and reason for refund
  3. We'll process your request within 3-5 business days
  4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method

5. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds for unused portions of annual plans. This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

6. Service Credits

If we fail to meet our 99.9% uptime SLA, you may be eligible for service credits instead of refunds. Credits are applied to your account for future use.

7. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your services at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for the remaining time in your billing cycle.
